In-stock products are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. Shipping times can vary based on many varying factors like location, courier company and package size. However we usually expect to have your items 2 you with 3-14 days from when your order was placed. If you have purchased a bulky or out of stock item or live in a remote/rural location, shipping times may take longer.

In the event your order arrives & is damaged or is faulty. Please follow the following steps to ensure we can best help you resolve the problem;

• Contact us with your order number.
• Keep all items & all packaging
• Take detailed photos of the damaged/ faulty items & or packaging
• Parts will forward any photos and information to the relevant shipping company or supplier & await instruction.
• Please DO NOT send any items back unless requested

Some shipping providers from experience can be "not the best" at updating scans. It is not uncommon for no scans to be done & orders to arrive. You are welcome to use your tracking number & call the appropriate shipping provider with updates.
